This policy explains how ChartRail ("we", "us") handles information collected through this website, chartrail.com. It covers the website only. Customer deployments of the ChartRail product are governed by separate agreements, including business associate agreements where required.
1. Information we collect

No patient information. This website is not designed to receive protected health information (PHI). Please do not include resident or patient details in the form.
2. Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Visitor statistics are provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or local storage and does not build profiles of individual visitors.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your design-partner application and follow up about ChartRail.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.
4. Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run this site. They process information only on our behalf.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, or to a successor if ChartRail is acquired or merged.
5. How long we keep it
We keep design-partner applications for as long as needed to evaluate and manage the program, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you unless you become a customer. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information you submitted, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email chartrailhealth@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act; we will honor those requests.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and access to submissions is limited to the ChartRail team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
This website is intended for healthcare professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
